It is a white organization with a place only for white voices. At best they create space for POCs [People of Color] with accents and educational backgrounds similar to their white peers. In the Business Development team of the organization, arguably one of the most integral parts of the organization, given David Miliband seems to have got a pay raise based on the hard work done by this team, year on year white colleagues have been promoted as leaders, even where they have complaints of bullying against them, while POC candidates have had to either change teams/ organizations or stagnate despite impeccable performance.
